Only what you type into the sample-batch form: work email, company, the product you need, optionally your ICP line and a note. Purpose: preparing and delivering your free sample batch, and nothing else. Legal basis: your request (pre-contractual, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR / consent by submission under nFADP).
Submissions are stored encrypted in transit on Cloudflare infrastructure (KV key-value store, access-controlled). Retention: until the sample batch is delivered and the conversation ends — then deleted, unless we become business partners (then normal client records apply, with a data-processing addendum available on request).
Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection: one email to cogops.engine@gmail.com, answered within 30 days. Deletion means deletion — the record is removed from the store, not flagged.
Our product uses public business contact data only (company websites, public directories, published professional profiles). Records are validated, sourced and timestamped. Objection/deletion requests concerning delivered records are honoured within 30 days and suppress the record permanently.
